This is the latest version without typesetting of JCAP, some minimal typeset error has been corrected: Black hole — never forms, or never evaporates
In addition, an exact universal solution with spherical symmetry of Einstein field equation has been derived in this paper. All possible solutions with spherical symmetry of Einstein field equation are its special cases, include Schwarzschild, Reissner-Nordstorm, statical fluid ball, even any radial pulsing non-vacuum conditions.
